Process automation and AI, connected to the systems you already use

We embed in your operation, find where time is lost and build the automations that fix it. We're done when the solution is in production and your team knows how to use it.

Timeline: 2 to 4 weeks

What can be automated

  • Entering the same data twice

Orders that arrive by WhatsApp or email and someone types again into the ERP or a spreadsheet.

  • Confirming appointments by hand

Messages one by one to confirm, reschedule or remind someone of an appointment.

  • Chasing payments and deposits

Payment reminders, payment links and keeping track of who has paid.

  • Building the weekly report

Data copied from several systems to get to the same numbers as always.

  • Answering the same questions

Frequent questions that AI can draft for someone on your team to approve.

  • Knowing who replied

Conversations spread across phones and groups, with no record of who handled each customer.

Not sure where to start? Start with an assessment that leaves something running.

Gets automated

  • Confirm appointments
  • Send payment reminders
  • Enter orders in the ERP

AI prepares, your team approves

  • Answer common questions
  • Put together the weekly report
  • Suggest discounts

Stays with your people

  • Negotiate with key clients
  • Resolve complex complaints

We review your operation with your team and you walk away with three things:

  1. 1Your processes sorted into three groups: what can be fully automated, what AI prepares and someone on your team approves, and what should stay in your people's hands.
  2. 2A first, tightly scoped automation running in your operation.
  3. 3The project's scope, timeline and price, in writing.

after handoff

Maintenance for well-defined needs and continuous evolution plans, billed monthly. No minimum term.

Connected to the systems you already use

No need to switch systems. We build the automations, integrations and AI tools on top of what your team already uses.

  • ERP and CRM

Orders, customers and invoices that move from one system to the other without retyping.

  • Spreadsheets

If your operation lives in spreadsheets, we connect them to everything else instead of replacing them.

  • Payments with Mercado Pago

Payment links, deposits and payment reminders that are generated on their own.

  • Scheduling with Google Calendar

Appointments booked, confirmed and rescheduled without anyone entering them.

  • WhatsApp

Notifications and confirmations through the official WhatsApp Business API.

  • AI prepares, your team approves

Replies, reports and proposals that AI drafts and someone on your team reviews before sending.

How we work

  1. Assessment

We understand the problem, the systems involved and the expected outcome. In automation projects you already leave this stage with a first automation running. We agree scope and price in writing.

  2. Prototype

In 3 to 5 days you see and test the solution before committing to the full build.

  3. Build

We work in short cycles, with progress you can try throughout the project. AI saves us the repetitive work; the judgment on what to build and how is ours.

  4. Launch

Production rollout, analytics, handover of the code and documentation, team training and 30 days of support.

    30 days of supportIn production

Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, also at a fixed price.

Frequently asked questions

Which processes should I automate first?

Repetitive ones with clear rules: confirming appointments, sending payment reminders, entering orders into the ERP. AI can draft other tasks for someone on your team to approve, and some are better left with your people, like negotiating with key customers. That classification is the first thing we do in the assessment.

Do I have to change my systems?

No. We work on top of what you already use: ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, payment gateways and internal tools. We've already integrated Google Calendar and Mercado Pago, for example.

How long does it take?

The assessment takes one week and already leaves a first automation running. An automation project takes 2 to 4 weeks.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope, so we don't publish prices. When the assessment ends, we send you the project's scope, timeline and price in writing. The cost of the assessment is credited to the project if you move forward, and anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately, also at a fixed price.

What happens after handoff?

Handoff includes training for your team and 30 days of support. After that, you can continue with maintenance or a continuous evolution plan, billed monthly with no minimum term.

Who owns the code?

You do. The code and documentation are yours from handoff.

What about my customers' data?

We sign a personal data processing addendum under Uruguay's Law 18.331.
